The Nuclear Education trust exists to to advance education by promoting the study and understanding of, and research into, arms control and disarmament, defence and security, with an emphasis on nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction.

Highglighted project
The recording and preservation of archive collections provides an educational resource of great benefit to future historians and interested parties. The Nuclear Education Trust has funded the London Scool of Economics and Political Science Archive Department for the creation of a travelling exhibition to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the founding of Britain's largest campaign group on nuclear issues, CND. The exhibition explores the history of the movement and the global context within which it operated. The exhibition can be hired free of charge by email request.
Media coverage
History Today magazine recently covered our work with the London School of Economics Archive Department, which has produced an exhibition and travelling display for use by local interested groups. This work was funded by a NET grant.
